Terms for walking the yew maze

1. Who tends this maze

The maze at yewwalkmaze.com (“Yew Walk Maze”, “we”, “us”) is operated by the operator of yewwalkmaze.com, and these terms govern your walk through it. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may walk the maze

Yew Walk Maze is meant only for people aged 18 or over. By walking into the maze you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins of the maze

• Every reel in the maze turns on virtual coins that Ruddock hands out free of charge.
• These coins have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property of any kind.
• No coin from the maze can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is bought in-app.
• No prize of real-world value waits at the centre of the maze, or anywhere else.
• The gardeners may alter or reset coins, levels and features whenever needed.

4. No real-money gambling in the maze

Yew Walk Maze does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no path in the maze links to a gambling operator.

5. Your gate key and account

• Fig Under Glass and Keystone Willows need a free account. Ruddock cuts one gate key per person, and a key is never to be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, as you would a gate key. Tell us straight away if someone else has used your account.
• You can delete your account from your account page whenever you wish. Deletion happens at once and cannot be reversed.
• The gardeners may suspend any account used to disrupt the maze, or one they believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, not to you as property, and the gardeners may reset them.

6. Behaving well among the hedges

Do not try to disrupt the maze, set automated tools loose on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Keeping the paths open, and liability

The maze is provided “as is”, and the gardeners may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law forbids limiting, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The law that governs the maze

These terms of the maze are governed by the law of England and Wales.

9. Writing to the gardeners
